Welcome to Faithful Finish Mobile Detailing. By booking or using our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Requirements & Site Access

Location Access: You must provide a safe, clear location for us to perform services.
Self-Contained Equipment: Our detailing units are fully self-contained with onboard clean water and power generators. Access to your home or office utility hookups is generally not required unless specified beforehand.
Vehicle Preparation: Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and child safety seats prior to your service appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. If excess amount of items are left in vehicle we can charge up to a $50 fee.
Excessive Trash & Debris: Vehicles containing excessive trash (such as leftover food, uncontained wrappers, food containers, cups, or loose plates) require additional labor and disposal. A trash removal fee of up to $50 may be applied at our discretion based on the condition of the vehicle.

Weather Cancellations: Due to the mobile nature of our business, service depends on safe weather conditions. If severe weather or rain prevents service, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the next available clear day at no extra charge.
Customer-Requested Weather Exceptions: If we recommend rescheduling due to forecasted rain but you request to proceed anyway, we will complete the service as scheduled. For active subscription members, your included Complementary Wash still applies per your membership terms. For non-subscription customers, services performed in rainy conditions upon request are final, with no complimentary re-cleans or refunds.
Customer Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Base Rates: Advertised prices are base rates and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected add-ons.
Travel Fees: Services performed within a 10-mile radius of Pell City, AL are included. Locations beyond 10 miles incur an additional fee of $0.50 per mile.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Monthly plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) automatically recur on a monthly billing cycle.
Additional monthly surcharges apply based on vehicle size.
Complementary Wash: Active subscription members are eligible for one complimentary quick exterior wash per month if it rains within 48 hours after a completed service or during the service.
Subscriptions may be canceled or paused by notifying us prior to your next billing cycle.

Pre-Existing Damage: We inspect vehicles prior to starting work. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to chipped paint, torn upholstery, clear coat failure, or loose interior components.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Upon completion of the service, you will have the opportunity to inspect your vehicle and point out anything that was missed or done incorrectly so we can correct it immediately. If you notice an issue after we have departed, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve it promptly.
